This is a very pretty, small auberge with lovely views. We stayed there while driving the classic tour de Mont Blanc from Geneva. We stayed in a small modern annex which was clean, quiet and comfortable. They are very dog friendly and there are reasonably convenient spots to walk the dogs. When in the area do not miss visiting the small church on the Plateau d'Assy, about 20 minutes drive. It is a tiny, but stunning church constructed with and displaying art from seemingly every great artist of the twentieth century, Chagal, Matisse, Legere, to name but a few.
The restaurant is not to believed! I'm writing a separate review of the restaurant because it is a worth a trip from Geneva for Sunday lunch. I think I counted 16 amuse bouche before and between courses. Of course the breakfast was just as amazing. Don't miss the fresh chevre yogurt with homemade chestnut jam.
