We stayed here one week after a stay at a Maremma agriturismo. The Terme did not compare favourably. The small villas are modern if a bit sterile. Kitchens are fairly well equipped and the beds are fine. There is WLAN for a small fee. The worst drawback is that the pools are accessible to day trippers which makes the whole thing very crowded. In the early evening, once the day trippers have left, the pools are closed also to the residents, probably because the staff wants to go home. At our agriturismo we had a similar sized pool which was open any time (it was not staffed anyway). This way jumping into the pool after a day trip is not possible. The second drawback is the gardening work which goes on all day causing noise and smelly fumes. When we were sitting in the small garden in front of our apartment, two men entered and started working, surrounding us with noise and fumes. We had to jump up and close all the windows to avoid being smoked out.
