Room decoration is good.
There was supposed to be one English language channel on TV (CNN), but we could not find it.
Staff during the day spoke good English, but the receptionist in the evening/night spoke only German. My advise to this person was to use her time to study English during many hours of just waiting there. She tought I was crazy. If I was the manager, I would replace her.
