Have recently arrived back from spending 9 days at this resort I would say its more 3 star rather than 4 ( and I am comparing this on Uk & Ireland standards) .One thing about this resort is that it is spotless and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and this is the strongest point of this resort.The swimming area,public toilets, sauna and bar and restaurant areas were also spotless .Lunch was there most enjoyable meal ...Would I go back ??? Yes

I've visited the Isla Bonita a dozen times & have never been disappointed. What made us return so many times is the comfort of the rooms - compared to most holiday hotels we've stayed in, they are HUGE, and the friendliness of the staff. After using travel agents for the first couple of vists, we switched to booking directly with the hotel & always received a good quote, choice of room & a flexible choice of dates. Food is good without being spectacular, & unlike previous reviewers, we never had a problem with the bar service. Help-yourself soft drinks & lager pumps made it easy to get served even at busy times. Just a short walk to the beach & to the many shopping centres (not to mention the regular local markets) & this is a good holiday location. We'd happily recommend.

This is no way on earth a 4 star hotel if it is its the spanish 4star never the english version , firstly 5 people on our party 3 adults 2 children as my son was only 3 he couldnt take part in ANY childrens activitys ie playin games and going into soft play areas drawing pictures WHY i dont know he had to be 4 , then in the childrens pool there were tiles missing from the bottom of the pool so very dangerous but it was the only pool available for my son to swin in so had to use it we also had to ask 3 times for it to be cleaned as sand and stones in bottom never got done ,the rooms are cleaned daily ie quick sweep beds made ( not change of sheets ) . rooms big but not modern what so ever shockets hanging off , i asked for a kettle an got a tiny sauce pan ,the balcany view well it was of the roof an we were on the first floor also about 4 in the morning awoke every day with deliverys to next door hotel , food stone cold breakfast every day no matter if your first or last , chicken salad an pasta for lunch an dinner EVERY nite the same poor standard of food we were all inclusive and had to eat out 5 nites out of 6 we would walk in with hope walk back out disguised , staff very rude in deed only 2 drinks per person so when you have waited in the queue for 10 mins as we are a family of 5 and then have to go back into the queue for the kids NEVER EVER WOULD I ENTERTAIN THE PLACE AGAIN and i agree any good commnents i think put on by the hotel .

My partner surprised me with a fun getaway for the weekend. As hard working residents it is sometimes difficult to enjoy all that is on offer on our beautifull island. So a party weekend in Costa Adeje was just the plan.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, after having read some of the reviews it seems that some people have nothing better to do than to moan...

Had a nice spacious room overlooking the pool. Room very clean, maid very friendly. We only spent 2 days in the hotel so can't give a complete review regarding the meals, but dinner very nice and breakfast just too much to eat.

Area is great for partying, visited some of the Fun Pubs on the strip, big fun, good prices. Soundchasers is a MUST.

Will surely come back, price quality was very good.
