Me and my family stayed at Aloha Garden aparts and we loved it we have stayed there 2x the girl behind the bar at the time was lovely called nella on our last night we took her out for a meal and a drink and she loved it. Food and Drink is lovely, people and locals very friendly. Although we had a spot of bother with a young group of lads threwa bottle at our door while fighting and we couldnt get the door open but they then got arrested and moved to hotel near the airport we got a new room next to the pool and a free meal from the manager upon reciept. They were really friendly and could help us enough and i would defo go back ne day. “96 STEPS TO MY APARTMENT”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 May 2005

We three girls stayed in Aloha Gardens in June 2003.
Our apartment was nice and clean and the balcony was a good size too - the only thing we didnt like about our actual apartment were the 96 steps leading up to it - hard to climb up sober - even worse when you have a bit of smirnoff in the blood stream!!
Food was quite nice at the apartment - we only ate their twice out of the two weeks we were there but were happy enough!
Staff - well some were nice and some were not so nice - some infact were just downright rude!! There was a guy who covered the reception late at night - i think he was the grumpiest person ive ever came across!!
The security guard who wanders around the grounds at night though was good enough ol craic!!
Just a word of warning - if you are going for a mad PARTY holiday - dont do too much partying when you get back to your apartment late at night - coz you will end up sitting in the dark - we got our electric cut off a few times - but it gets switched back on again at 6am!!
They are quite strict with noise levels which is pretty much to be expected anywhere you go and is understandable.
Taxis are reasonable enough down to the centre of Las Americas!
Would go back to Tenerife - but not to Aloha Gardens - staff need some Customer Service training!!!

“Steps!!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 April 2004

Stayed at Aloha Gardens, Easter 2004 it is situated in between Torviscas and Costa Adeje, half way up a rather gradual then steep incline. Taxis are cheap to either central Las Americas or alternatively, the area of Fanabe or Costa Adeje. The apartments are very basic, clean and ok for just a short break. If you are quite fit and healthy, the hill walk and steps within the complex will help you burn off all those extra calories from food and alcohol. But I can imagine it being a hard trekk for some to even get your cases to some of the apartments there, due to steps, steps and you've guessed it more steps!! Staff are very friendly, especially Juan the night porter whom was always enthusiastic to listen to our pigeon spanish after a night out!! Had a fab holiday, Las Americas is more for 18-30's. Fanabe and Costa Adeje have beautiful restaurants on the front and one we took exception to was Coeur de Filet, gorgeous food, wine and ate their 3 times and each time was fab. Overall a fab holiday, there is definitely something for everyone, whatever you want from a holiday.

“relax and enjoy”

I stayed at the Aloha Gardens in December, it was my first holiday abroad and I was quite worried about where I would be staying. The appartments was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful, although there were a few problems when we first arrived as soon as we mentioned it they were happy to fix things. The pool was very clean and the food was nice in the poolside bars. The only problem with the appartments was that they were on top off a very big hill. Once down the hill the beach was lovely and there was some really nice shops, we got a taxi from the beach to bring us back up which only cost between 3 - 4 euros. This was not much really as the appartments were a good price for the standards they had. Thankyou to all the staff that made this first holiday one of many, I will definatly recommend this to others.
