Stayed at Aloha Gardens, Easter 2004 it is situated in between Torviscas and Costa Adeje, half way up a rather gradual then steep incline. Taxis are cheap to either central Las Americas or alternatively, the area of Fanabe or Costa Adeje. The apartments are very basic, clean and ok for just a short break. If you are quite fit and healthy, the hill walk and steps within the complex will help you burn off all those extra calories from food and alcohol. But I can imagine it being a hard trekk for some to even get your cases to some of the apartments there, due to steps, steps and you've guessed it more steps!! Staff are very friendly, especially Juan the night porter whom was always enthusiastic to listen to our pigeon spanish after a night out!! Had a fab holiday, Las Americas is more for 18-30's. Fanabe and Costa Adeje have beautiful restaurants on the front and one we took exception to was Coeur de Filet, gorgeous food, wine and ate their 3 times and each time was fab. Overall a fab holiday, there is definitely something for everyone, whatever you want from a holiday.
