“Very good value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 March 2011

I took my fiancee for a 5 day break from the 14th of February 2011 and we really enjoyed our stay.
We were aware prior to going that there would be mainly Spanish pensioners staying at the hotel but that did not bother us one bit.
The food in our opinion was better than some 4 star hotels we had stayed in and was quite warm as well.
Out towles were changed on a daily basis and the bedding was changed as well.
The drinks although not branded, were of a good quality and did not seem to be watered down. All in all, we had a really chilled five days and would not hesitate going back for a short break in the winter again

“Basic, clean, good value”

Just back from a week here. Lots of Spanish pensioners as they have a special deal with the Spanish government. (Half price to them to give them a cheap break and the hotel stays open and keeps its staff employed too)
Good value, good food but could have been warmer. Fish and meat at both evening meal and lunch. Lots of salads, deserts, and a good variety at all meal times. Some food might not be exactly as we would have at home but the bottom line is, we were abroad !!
All inclusive is good value for money.
Animation team, Sam and Aurelia are great. Very helpful and informative. Good fun too.

“Don't bother going!!”

We were supposed to stay at another hotel but were put here because it was "being referbished". From the minute we got here we hated it! We were the only British people there for a few days but then others were moved here because of the same reason as us. The guests there were mainly Germans aged 18-25. Extremely noisy in the night and we were kept up numerous nights because of the music and all of the shouting. Most nights we weren't getting to sleep until 3-4 am because of this.

The room was disgusting, bugs on the floor and in the bathroom, dusty and old, cupboard stank and was falling apart, the door looked and felt like it was made of cardboard.

The food was apauling. Cold and not very nice. Practically lived of chips all week. Did go out into the town a few nights for food, that wasn't much better.

Staff were miserable and not very helpful and many didn't speak good English. Most looked at you as though you had 2 heads!

Pool was small and was dirty.

Bar was ok. Entertainment was average, not to everybodys taste. Like I said, we went out into town most nights.

Also, the holiday rep was hardly ever around.

Overall, not a very good holiday. Will remember it for being the worst holiday we have ever had.

“18-30'S FOR THE GERMANS”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 July 2010

Hi I read the reviews before we went and thought it cant be that noisy we will give it a go.
My husband and I decided that we would have a break without the kids.We arrived to find we were the only British people. with wall to wall Young Germans(18-26). Who partied all night. strobe lighting and Music loud from 10.00am-11.30.We moved and had 3 rooms in 4 nights due to noise and the airconditioning not working. We are only 30-40 so were suprised we couldnt keep up. No sleep due to screaming and shouting, blow up dollies on the veranda of one. This is a fab place to go if your looking to party but we just wanted to chill in the day and no entertainment just Music,Disco in the evening.if you dont mind being the only British there then go, we dont socialise that much but every time you ordered a drink people stared and all we heard was German til we left. The plus this is a clean hotel,Food is bad, cold and just horrible the worse all inclusive food I have ever had. but if you 20 and dont care as hungover its for you.The staff are very friendly. I have been back a week and could cry that I didnt sleep at all when I was there and feel knackared. The air conditioning didnt work but the staff were helpfull moving us away from noise.

“Good Hotel.....great value for money”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 June 2010

Went in January 2010 for a long weekend. Hotel is full of Spaniards and many are OAP's. Hotel is advertised as 3 star and that it what it is......I would rate it at 5 stars if value for money was the only issue. Didnt see any rowdy behaviour as some other guests have described. Staff were helpful and friendly.......service at the bar was excellent with a good choice of drinks on A.I.. rooms were small and basic but very clean. There is a nice pool area. A decent choice of well prepared food was on offer
Hotel is well located on bus route to Palma and the airport which costs 2 euros each way and stops right outside terminals. It was very quiet when we stayed in the resort but it appears to be mainly geared up for German tourists.
