We were very dissapointed with this hotel, because for one it was located right next to a highway, and because the room was obviously too small for three. The button of the toilet would have to be pushed several times before it would flush, which is absolutely ridiculous.
Also, this hotel is not located in Dinan, but in the industrial part of Taden.

We left a day early.

About half an hour from the ferry port, this motel is just off the N176-E401. The room was clean and reasonably sized with tea/coffee facilities and television including CNN. There is ample parking space and a very good restaurant with a varied menu for both breakfast and dinner. Apart from its convenient location for St Malo ferries, it's also handy for exploring Dinan. I don't know why 'Taden' is added to it's name. Pleasant staff.
Entrance off the main road into Dinan is not easy to spot amongst the plethora of hoardings. It's sufficiently far off the road not to be noisy. It's a typical motel with rooms off an outdoor patio or balcony.

We stayed here with 3 other families after arriving at St Malo on the Condor vomit comet. We arrived St Malo at 20:00 after a rough crossing from Poole and needed a little R&R before continuing to Southern Brittany for our holiday. The hotel is easy to get to - just off the N176/E401, you can see it as you approach the junction.

Rooms are motel style, accessed from outside. They are clean and relatively spacious. Extra beds for children made up as requested.
The restaurant is OK and the breakfast buffet is good. Shower is excellent! We chose this for our first night as the hotels in St Malo are not good for parking - have stayed in the Etap and Kyriad and by the time the Poole - St Malo boat gets in you have to park on the street.

If you do not speak French, the staff do speak English, but make an effort and they are easy to get on with. We are staying here again this year so I guess that is my testimonial.
