Stayed at this hotel as a stopover between Normandy and Burgundy. The hotel, while close to the freeway, may be difficult to find, especially after dark. There are not enough parking spaces, so we had to park on the street with other travellers. There is no one there after 11pm, but they do have a computerized check-in system which will spit out a room key like an ATM.....interesting! I called and woman had a problem finding my reservation as I had made it online.....be sure to have the 800# with you just in case....she gave me some codes and directions for the computer check-in and everything was fine.

The rooms are TINY.....there was just enough room to shimmy by the end of the bed and the wall. The bed was big enough with a twin bunk above it. It was kinda like "dorm room meets cruise cabin"! The bathroom.......oh the bathroom.....just enough room to turn around! The only thing separating the shower from the toilet (6 inches away) was the shower curtain....water was everywhere by the time both of us took showers! There was a desk and some shelves, but we only slept there for one night .....we were only in the room for 8 hours! I will say that while small, the room and everything in it was exeptionally clean!

If you are looking for a no frills place to rest for the night, this is a good value. I would not stay here longer than one night......it is not what I would consider an "enjoyable vacation" place, or even a place to stay on business.....this is a road trip kind of place. It is about 20 - 30 minutes south of Paris. I do not know if it is close to the metro or RER. There are other hotels in close proximity which may be a better choice for longer stays. But for about $50.....it was an ok choice.

This hotel is not for everybody, but we had a sense of humor about it and still laugh about our experience!!
