“Run down and unpleasant”

We only stayed because this place had a favourable review in a guide book but how wrong could it be? The rooms are small, sparsely furnished with what appears to be DIY furniture installed 30 years ago. A shelf for a desk/dressing table and one chair. Another shelf with a few coat hangers under. A TV and a bed. One hand towel, one bath towel to share between two of us.
Breakfast was OK but the one member of staff on duty apologised as we went in as she had to go out for ten minutes.
Seriously, save your money and go to the F1 over the road.
