No restaurant. Friendly staff. Bus stop is 3 mins away (El Camison) only 1.90 Euros, on bus no 450 from Aeroport. Pool bar was open every day 9am to 6pm and served food. The guests were mainly middle aged so there was no noise at night. It is equidistant between Los Christianos Port and Playa Las Americas. About 15 mins walk to Los Christianos Port. Was a hob with 2 cooking rings, a toaster and kettle. There is a decent supermarket (Mercadona) about 5 mins down a gentle slope. The only downside was that the twin beds were a little bit hard for my liking. I would happily return. There are 3 ways down to the beach, a 200yds steepish hill or the other 2 which are a bit longer but very gentle.

Located on top on the hill are several steps to reach the hotel not suitable for ederly. 15min to supermercado and 30 min to beach. Rooms are nice one bedroom apt. No tv but kitchen have cooking oven not just rings. Clean rooms. Night entertainment. Zoo loro park and waterpark are far away so you need to rent a car otherwise is around 70e per person to visit one of them. Try to find shops for locals not for turists because are cheaper. Buy alcohol in plastic botles for airplane they are weightless. Is cheaper if you book an boattrip from marina insted from rep in hotel. They do glass bottom trip or delphin safari. Enjoy.

Almost 2 years since the last review, this complex is now partly private ownership / residential. Reception is still open during the day, but the pool bar has only been open about twice during our 4 month stay. Otherwise comments in the old reviews still apply. Great location between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, close to beach but on a slight hill. Great value rooms, for longer term rental at least. Friendly staff.

In other words, all the makings of a 'very good' rating.

But one thing lets it down...

Presumably to keep them away from holidaymakers, and to save costs, TUI / Thomson keep a large number of their Family Club Xtra staff here - around 10 young English people. The problem, predictably, is their behaviour - returning home between 3AM and 8AM, then shouting (no exaggeration) for up to an hour around, and loudly 'bombing' in, the supposedly closed at night pool. Last night at 4AM we were treated to a very loud slap and moan, possibly group, session, with the doors wide open. A second team returned home later and at 08:15 one erratic looking male almost threw a sun lounger AT his 2 fully dressed female colleagues and 1 male who were in the pool. Luckily they all shouted 'no' and he stumbled off. The shouting happens almost every night, the other performances 3 or 4 times a week.

Not recommended, purely because of TUI / Thomson Family Club Xtra staff misbehaviour.

The hotel is a three star one and it totaly worth it. The room is clean. They cleaning and changing the towels everyday eccept Thursday and Sunday. The bad thing is that they have not changed the sheet in a week and it noticed.
There is a big supermarket in the near. You can make food in the hotel apartment.
The hotel is close to the center and to the beaches which are very clean and nice. They have a nice pool. There is no a beach towel or a sundeck at the beach. To rent a two sunchair and parasol will cost you 9 euro. There is a refrigerator in the apartment.

The hotel is very ok and worth the money.
