I parrot all the good things people have said about this hotel. It is without doubt an 'art' hotel and the lobby areas, bar, dining room are all beautiful with fascinating artwork. A very nice pool area too. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the best beach (believe me, we drove around to all of them....this is the best). As for some of the reviews that say it is a 'steep hill' from the beach to the hotel, that is simply not true. It is a slight grade. The Atlantides restaurant on the beach has good value. Although the staff at the hotel were very nice, I have one complaint. We told the front desk clerk we wanted to rent ATVs. She phoned for us and said they would be delivered at 9 a.m. At 9 a.m., the guy arrived and asked our husbands to accompany him outside. We thought they were gone to inspect the vehicles and sign the paperwork. Wrong. We didn't see them again until after 10 a.m. The guy had them hop in his car and drove them to his office, which was on the other side of Mykonos town. He then let them loose with an inadequate map to find their own way back to the hotel. We decided not to let this spoil our day, so hopped on the backs and went riding. After going down a steep hill to our first beach we were dismayed to find the ATVs would not make it back up with 2 people on them. They were only 50 ccs, about the same as our lawnmower. After taking turns walking the long way up the steep hill, we returned the ATVs to the dealership, after looking for it for an hour, and switched them both for a car. We told them they could come to the hotel and pick it up....we weren't returning it. Why on earth the hotel would set us up with a rental outfit so far away from the hotel when there were several a 3 minute walk away remains a mystery. I suppose they were related.... this was the only drawback for this hotel.
