We stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of September. The day we checked in, we arrived very late - I phoned at about 9pm to let reception know and the employee, Anne, was not only lovely, but also gave us suggestions about where to get off with the bus and how to get from the bus stop to the hotel (she suggested a taxi at night).
Admittedly the town doesn't have many attractions or places to go compared to the nearby Jandia but the hotel was a 1 minute walk from the beach and we got the promised apartment with sea view as well.
We went self-catering for this holiday and the hotel has its own supermarket which is really handy. There is also a bigger supermarket up the road in a shopping centre which is open for longer and also on Sundays. The kitchen was furnished for 2 people and had two electric stoves, a toaster and a filter coffee maker (no kettle). One evening we decided to try the hotel restaurant and felt that it was maybe slightly overpriced for the choice of foods offered. The service was excellent but foods at the buffet were not labeled and the meat wasn't cooked very well - also we found on two occasions that the hotel bar was out of ice cream - and this is about twice as expensive as buying the same ice cream from the supermarket, which makes little sense!
The only things I found wrong with it is that while free Wi-fi is listed as a feature this was not actually available and that some of the staff speak little or no English while others do.
Overall I would definitely go there again, it was good value if you're a budget traveller and not someone who expects a luxury experience.
