11 of us stayed at the Stella Canaris in January 2012, including adults, teens, toddlers, couples and singles.
The rooms here were very spacious and well decorated, there was a separate shower and bath, twin beds and a bed-settee, a fridge and large wardrobes and drawers.
We were all-inclusive and the food was of a good quality with a varied selection on offer each day, the fresh grilled prawns and salmon fillets were particularly good. There were always plenty of salads and veg available and lots of desserts and fresh fruit. The beer at the bars was San-Miguel, a welcome change from the usual local beers on offer.
The pools on the site were clean and one was heated whilst we were there, there is a well-equipped childrens playground and a zoo on-site, although there were not many animals to see, mostly birds.
The beach is a 10 min walk away and the waves were great for surfing, Chipmunks are a great attraction near to the beach and will happily feed from your hand.
The entertainment here was by the animation team, they performed various music shows, including their version of "we will rock you".
Overall we enjoyed our week here, the weather was very good 22 - 26 degrees, a lovely break from the british winter weather.
