This was our third visit to this complex, and the third name that it has been known by.

I am sorry to say that the standards have really fallen and the place seems to have been dumbed down.

No longer are certain guests allowed to use the restaurant up in the main hotel area. Instead you have to use one that i am sure was designed by RUBIC. Everything in the wrong place.

There are now a lot of Polish guests who do not seem to mind the long queues for food or the constantly dirty plates. Mealtimes were the worst part of our stay here as we could leave the complex during the rest of the day.

There is a photo shop in the reception where you can but a cd of the island for 24€ when you get the CD home you will find it is blank or has corrupt information on it.

The main man is a Mr Sabet who struts around looking like a tramp with a ponytail I think it is his influence that is dragging this once good Complex down.

The once helpful and polite staff are now sullen and slow, especially the bar staff who crawl along with miserable faces.

If you are looking for a happy holiday I would look elsewhere.

I am sorry to have to give negativity but it is the way it was for us this time round . There will not be a fourth visit to this hotel by my family.

I am really fed up of reading bad reviews about the resort. My family and I have been visiting Jandia for over 14 years. We have stayed at the Stella resort 7 times. It has changed hands twice within this time. I agree that some areas do need renovation, but the standard of the hotel is still very good. A lot of the reviews complain about Germans, well stay in England then. We have different cultures so live and let live. As for the nudest beach, you don't have to sit up right next to them. The beach is huge so you will always find a space to yourselves.
The staff are fantastic. They all have a good level of English, but if you go to other countries why expect that they speak English. Try learning the language of the country.
Food is good and there is always a good variety, especially at christmas. The staff work so hard for I guess not a lot of money. The only time I have seen them angry is when people enter the dinning areas with swimwear on.
The rooms can have things wrong, ie: a littel damp on the walls, but they are quick to move you and rectify the problem. It is always a busy resort and I sometimes think it must be hard to rectify the problem when often as one family leaves another is waiting for the room.
I could go on and on, as I am fed up of negative things been written. The point I am making is people loose sight of enjoying there holiday and constantly wanting everything. So what if there is no iron in your room - take a travel iron.The staff make us go back every year!!
