My husband and I spent 4 nights here in May 2009 as part of our 7wk holiday in Italy. We loved the hotel.The room (and bathroom) was bigger than normal and very clean.Whilst there is no real view from the Hotel it is easy walking distance to both the delightful centre of Torri or the swimming area on the Lake.Erica and Franco are the perfect hosts so helpful and friendly and it was always relaxing to make it back home for a nightcap or capuccino on the front porch.Torri is a great little town from which to see the beautiful Lake Garda and surrounds.As we were on a self drive holiday it was also great to have free off street parking.Would we stay here again ? Certainly

We wanted a small hotel near the Lake, we got so much more. The hotel was immacuately clean, very quiet, very freindly and only a stones throw from the Lake. Enrica and Franco are a very happy and very helpful couple who work extremely hard to make your stay as enjoyable as they possibly can. They were at the hotel day and night, and anything you wanted to know about anything they were always accomodating. The Spa and Sauna is a must after a long hard day, with all the finishng touches there for you (ie. candles are lite and soft music played whilst you relaxed in private). The breakfast buffet was superb, and it had everything you could possibly want. My husband especially enjoyed the biscuits and cakes! Our room was cleaned every day and clean linen and towels were always replaced when necessary. We have been to several towns in Lake Garda and Torri del Benaco is by far the best. We will definately be going back for a second visit, even if it is just to visit Enrica and Franco at the Hotel again.

We've just got back from 2 weeks in Italy, the first 5 days being at Hotel Marina in Torri. We could have stayed there for the whole 2 weeks!

Erica and Franco are phenominally friendly and helpful, with a way of making you feel completely at home. Erica speaks very good English, having spent some time in London, and is always there to help answer any questions about the area or trips, or just for a chat!

The rooms are very comfortable and kept immaculately clean; our balcony had a view across the road (which though sometimes busy, is never intrusively noisy) onto the lake and mountains opposite, which looked even better with the sun setting behind them.

Breakfast is a huge spread of cheese, cold meat, cereals, bread, fruit and fruit juices, and it's made even, more pleasant by being able to sit on the patio when eating it.

Torri itself is a lovely, small, quiet town which is ideal as a place to either sit and watch the world go by at the marina, or use as a base for visiting the rest of the beautiful Lake Garda.

We can't recommend the hotel highly enough. If you're looking for comfort, friendly owners and good value for money, then look no further.
