We booked via 'weekendjeweg.nl" a romantic weekend. But what is romantic about two beds next top each other?? On the reservation I specifically asked for a double bed. But the complete hotel does not have any double bed. Only single beds. The website does not disclose this very important information. The website brags about design bathroom and flatscreens. We were forced to sleep one night on one matrass and the next night on two beds with the separation in between. After you fall into the separation you have to shift the beds next to each other again. Matrasses are made to lie in the middle, not on the side. After two nights(mares) I had a serious backache. Not very hospitality to force your guests (couples) to sleep separate.
Obviously this is done for economic and efficiency reasons and not for comfort reasons. This hotel is therefore definitely not 4 star! All the couples writing positive reviews on this tripadvisor must have been happy that they could sleep separate for a few nights... And shower in unefficient design bathroom.

The hotel is situated outside Eindhoven next to the highway but you don't notice the vicinity of this busy road. The hotel offers trendy design rooms, clean and cosy. The food is excellent at a very good price (I ate "the chefs surprise menu" and the quality of served dishes was extremely good). The pool is an excellent asset to relax and/or cool down after a busy day.
The hotel has also a seperate ZEN-style bar where you can sit and talk in a relax atmosphere.
