We stayed here after arriving in milan and before we departed to come home. The rooms were great and the food was excellent for an Airprot hotel. The prices were reasonable and it was easy to find. We would come here again.

I read other reviews and I don’t understand how anyone could possibly recommend this hotel and it makes you question how Best Western rates their hotels. We stayed in 3 Best Westerns Hotels for our trip to Northern Italy and 2 of them were excellent except for this one… the very last one of our trip. We wanted to stay close to the airport to catch our morning flight. We selected this hotel based on the reviews, the star rating. The décor, furnishings , carpets and general condition of this hotel is deplorable. Please see the pictures of the lobby furniture. The hallway to our room was so dark that you could not see the room numbers. It seems that only a few light bulbs were working. Please see the pictures.
The room was just like the lobby: ugly dated worn out décor, uncomfortable bed, cheap pillows and linen. It smelled of stale tobacco and dirty carpets. The “Free” Ethernet in the room did not work. They do charge to use WiFi in the lobby. Beware of the price of the drinks at the bar. The peanuts and chips that are not consumed at the bar at the end of the night are mixed back into their containers for reuse. We skipped the paid for breakfast as you could smell your way to the dining room. It was not a pleasant smell.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in early September on our way to/from Lake Como. The hotel is a very quick 5 minute ride from the Malpensa airport and the shuttle service they offer is excellent. You call them from baggage claim and they tell you where and when the shuttle will pick you up. The front staff is friendly and very nice and efficient. The rooms are nicely equipped with Internet access and hairdryer, coffee maker and a very roomy bathroom and exceptionally clean. The rate included breakfast and we found it to be very extensive, typically Italian and very good. The hotel is quiet too! The shuttle departed on time for the airport and delivered us to the correct airline departure gate, which is important at Malpensa! We would recommend it for short stays and for easy connections to the airport and the rail system.

We frequently stay in the Malpensa area to visit family and friends. This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of our visit zone and so far it is the best hotel for price/quality. The rooms were very clean, quiet and nice sized. The parking lot and internet (cabled) were included in the rate.

It does have a gym, but there are no weights, therefore it is best for only cardio.
