I booked the hotel on Wotif and loved it. I booked a basic Studio room and got upgraded to a Junior Suite. The Room was massive and had a great balcony to the pool. Awesome palms and very quite. On arrival i received many information and also a surprise because i mentioned it is my birthday. I stayed before Christmas and Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Every time i walked in i got a smile and a hello. Great Customer Service. Thanks again for the stay, i will be back.!!!!

Delightful spot& great quality takeaway salt&pepper tofu, pizza &fruitshop ax road. ONLY gripes :Doublebed=two king singlebeds together

Stayed here for one night. Wasn't sure what to expect. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated - especially for the price we were paying. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The restaurant wasn't quite as good value for money. My daughter wanted nuggets and chips with a jug of diane gravy on the side. Her meal came about 15 minutes before mine and without the gravy which upon asking for she got a bowl of ....gravy - certainly not diane. I had The caesar salad which was ok but I wouldn't order it again. Was ok but not fabulous. I couldn't fault some of the staff though. When checking in I had trouble getting the booking right and upon calling the hotel got less then the best assistance from the bloke who answered the phone. Yet when I called down to reception before checking out asking for assistance as I had lost my earring down the sink they were most obliging and called me on my way home to advise that it had been located and would be posted asap. Thanks to these lovely ladies. Breakfast was a buffet and disappointing. It may have been bad timing but obviously the first wave of diners had cleaned up and there was not much to look at really. Restocking was very slow and only happened about twenty minutes after arriving and having no choice to but to scrape up what we could from the remainder. There were good things about this hotel and some bad - some of which may have been circumstantial - so much so I would stay here again and see how I went.

at first i was a bit sceptical of its location and all but i pleasently surprised, we had a livley stay, room was big, spacious, and clean. I would like to commend "bec" at teh front reception she was fantastic, very friendly at the start made us feel very welcome :-) she was esspecially helpfull when i had lost property after leaving a+++ bec.
the staff in teh bar and gaming lounge are great too, overall nice hotel, quite friendly atmosphere. thanks
