Fantastic location and everything supplied. Paid before I got there and never touched the wallet till after I left. All meals and snacks supplied and even though its designed for health and weight loss the food was excellent you could get seconds, totally up do you. Staff also made great efforts for those with dietary issues or even just didn't like certain food items.
Running waterways and stunning scenery all through the property and easy walk to the national park next door if their 3 long walks weren't enough. Lots of quiet places to hide and read with chairs around the dozens of open landscaped areas and blankets supplied if you want to just go sit somewhere else. Massive Gym open 24 hours and outdoor pool and massive spa with undercover areas.
While I wasn't the usual sort of guest they have there most of the staff did their best to make me and everyone feel good and have a great time. Activities went from 6am till 7pm everyday (for the 5 days I stayed). Rooms were huge with great a/c and made up every day to "new guest" standard. Almost no attempts to up sell services and no attempts at all to up sell products.
While a bit of walking is required to navigate the place there is no need to be fit to go. I am far from fit and found it an excellent way to recharge and learn about fitness. The other guests there when I was there ranged from a semi athlete to the unfit to retirees. Don't put it off thinking you have to be fit to go. If you are looking to start getting fit (or are wanting at taste test of different fitness techniques) this is the perfect place to try some of various fitness styles (yoga, Chi Gong, meditation and other more general workout styles).
