We stayed at the De Ville Apartments for the Gold Coast Marathon Weekend. We had a three bedroom apartment on the 25th Floor of the apartment building. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained and had obviously been refurbished reasonably recently. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owners had stocked the apartment with books, magazines and other handy items such as tennis racquets and boogie boards.
The view was SPECTACULAR. Couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

We stayed at De Ville in March in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 1 and 3 year old kids. We didn't get off to a great start when we booked by phone we made sure that the apartment had A/C however when we got to our room there were only fans, after going to reception they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment for the same price.

The rooms are huge close to being as big as our house complete with flat screen tv, foxtel plus so we could pause live tv which is great with kids and surround sound system, kitchen had as you would expect dishwasher, waste master etc and comfy beds.

We normally stay in broadbeach when we travel to the coast Main beach isn't as nice but you are still only a short drive to the shops and theme parks . The beach is fantastic like you would expect and the surf club which is directly opposite De Ville offer great value meals right on the beach front.

All in all De Ville is a bit dated compared with other places we have stayed but it is big and comfy and great with kids.
