Me and a friend went in July and it was an experience to remember for the wrong reasons! Zante was lovely and the weather was great however our experience at the hotel was not. I became sick on the first day after drinking water from the bar (tap water) however the staff were argued that they only used filtered water. As well as this our room was disgusting and when the maids came in the water they washed the floor with smelled of fish. Air con and safe were not included in the price. The garden view was two plant pots on a roof and a brick wall from another hotel literally a stone throw away! Electricity only worked if the key was left in the fob and only one key was given so fridge turned off when you left room and couldnt leave anything charging. The first choice reps where the worst I have ever dealt with! Not interested in helping unless u wanted to spend money on nights out. As well as this if you paid for a night out and like me got unwell no refund was given and their attitude towards guests where outrageous! All this said the day time entertainment was funny and the food was ok but the same everyday. u also have to share your table with other guests at the hotel and instead of a table to urself! The club life was good but the people where sleevy and we where grabbed and dragged to clubs on more than one occasion so watch out! The beach was far far away and the reps gave us different directions each time we asked. The main strip was also a far walk and could be daunting when walking home at night! If the reps where changed and the rooms where cleaned properly then the holiday would have been bare able however i wouldnt return again!

Didn't realise so much would be shut on the strip however, wow, is all i can say great all inclusive with the drinks being poured freely ! food was filling and fine, would have loved more greek options but can understand why there was more english food due to fussy eaters !!
Jo is a great friendly rep who makes you feel welcome , check in was swift and easy ! the pool was always clean as was the whole hotel ! Great staff who made you feel relaxed and not worried about your belongings left unattended in the rooms.
Excellent entertainment by luke who worked all hours keeping us entertained ! well done
This place is for all ages preferably happy people only !! if you dont like being social and would like to be left alone go to a secluded island !!
would definately visit again maybe a little earlier than 3-10 oct but even still money well spent !
Never made it to the beach no need when all the food , drink and entertainment was at the hotel !!

We stayed at the Margarita Hotel for one week and by the end i wish i had booked 2!

The hotel is about a 10min transfer from the airport. Quick and easy check in and Margarita was very polite and helpful. We stayed in one of the older rooms yes the showers are small but about the only thing to pick at. No the room does not have free air con but this is stated in the brochure so people can't complain. I slept with the door open and had no problem with noise even though my room faced the family pool. I took my hair dryer from home as hotel hair dryers are always useless and no beach towels as hotel isnt on the beach but again i always bring my own! Bedding changed 6 days a week and towels twice but if you need more you just need to ask at reception!

We arrived just in time for dinner and after reading past reviews on here i was worried as i am a fussy eater. THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY!! The whole week i was there only a couple of dishes were repeated. But there were plenty of other main and side dishes to pick from! The drinks are not watered down and we ordered as many as we wanted at a time! Thank you to the bar lady Debbie she was a legend the whole holiday.

The family pool is the place to be Luke and Milla deserve an award! Great entertainment day and night! The "crazy quiz" held on our last night was the funniest thing ever PEOPLE MAKE SURE YOU GET INVOLVED! Do what you can to take part in Bingo we won 70euro's one night! If you dont like noise relax at the Adult only pool in the day or you could go to an adult only hotel if you don't like hotels that can be loud due to the entertainment.

Short walk to local bars and restaurants and the main strip is a few more minutes walk away! You dont hear any of it from the hotel though.

A great week where you can choose if you want to be part of the action or relax at the quiet pool. Great for couples and familys everyone was so polite! People please don't forget this is a family run hotel not a chain. You get what you pay for! We paid £550 for our week All Inclusive i dont feel i was over charged.

I've gone all inclusive for several years now to save on extras. This time I was really disappointed. The hotel was nice, the food excellent, but when advised we would have to pay fro air conditioning, I was shocked, not something I would expect from all inclusive. I felt I should not have had to pay for this, have never before paid. Also, no hair dyer in the room, no beach towels, no bottles of water supplied. The towels were only changed twice a week, also the sheets, in 40 degrees heat with no air con, this wasn't acceptable.

Also, very noisy in the evening, and again with no air con we had no option but to leave the window open.
