Our grown up family of four loved this attractive low rise apartment complex.

Convenient location on the border between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.
Bus stop outside the door, shops and a nice casual all day restaurant over the road, five minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant walk along the beach or road to central Broadbeach or a bit longer walk into Surthers Paradise..

The apartments are comfortable and spacious. While the building is about 20 years old all the kitchens and bathrooms have recently been updated and the furniture in our apartment was modern. Lovely well maintained gardens, BBQ and pool areas.
Even a games room for kids.

The highlight of our stay was the ever welcoming and helpful hosts Des and Liz who couldn't do enough for all the guests. They obviously love their work and it shows.

Stayed in the 3 br apartment, 2 families, total of 4 adults and 4 children. It had an upper level which had 2 queen size bedrooms both with ensuites (big bonus). downstairs bedroom had 1 bunk, 1 single bed and a pull out trundle. perfect. The place was clean and cosy obviously not 5 star but the main thing for us was it was very clean and very affordable considering you are hardly in the room anyway. The managers Liz and Des where awesome and we have since recommended the place to many people. If you are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable this is the place. We loved Broadbeach over Surfers itself. We are planning another trio back here next year...

Liz and Des the resident managers are an awesome couple who went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going, the special deals available and just generally made our stay such a happy one. The aparments are cosy and if anything went wrong the managers were on to it straight away ie we didn't know why our air conditioning worked the first day then failed to do so but Liz discovered it was a blown double adapter and she gave us another instantly. I was impressed with how clean the apartments were and they are close to the bus stop for the efficient Surf Side buses and also walking distance to the Oasis Mall and the supermarket there. Such a friendly, casual relaxed place to stay and our 9 year old twins loved the games room and pool :-)

Furnishings outdated, things broken, bathrooms not clean as when we showered we found used soap in the holder and lots of hair in shower and toothpaste in the sink. The oweners were very helpful , it was close to everything and quiet
