We stay here for 14 days every year and find the unit well kept, lovely outdoor/pool area. The Managers Gary & Gail makes us feel very welcome each time we return. Reasonably priced, great views, handy to the Oasis Mall, Pacific Fair, and Jupiters Casino.

Apart from the location which is across the road from the beach ,this could be the worst possible apartment in broadbeach.
The furniture is very old and has terrible quality. It has a tiny dirty kitchen and some of the appliances don't work. There is no air-conditioning making the room very hot and humid. They claim to have foxtel but only have 2 channels. The mattress feels like a rock and there is very limited space for storage. The parking space is very small. Finally the staff at the reception need to be more friendly to be able to run the business.
In conclusion this is one of worst apartments to stay in at Queensland

Only 50 metres from the mall 3 minutes from the monorail. Very large and clean rooms pool and beach right in front of you.

Just returned from Broadbeach on the GoldCoast staying at the Sandpiper Apartments!
Great Location within walking distance of everything!
Value for money, lovely clean apartment everything spotless!
Would recommend this to anyone wanting a reasonable priced apartment close to beach, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair ....excellent!
