“Same price but very different apartments”

We recently holidayed with friends at the Gold Coast and stayed 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment at the Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. I'm not sure why it uses the title 'resort' as it was just a regular holiday apartment building with none of the extras you would expect from a resort.

Our room was generously sized with plenty of space for our family of four - the master bedroom had a big ensuite, TV and access onto the balcony. It adjoined the open plan living with two couches, 8 seat dining and kitchen area from which a corridor led to the second bedroom and bathroom and laundry facilities. The views from the 13th floor were good.

Strangely though, our friends who were staying directly opposite our apartment had been allocated an apartment half the size of ours. Both bedrooms adjoined the small living space with room for just one couch and no dining room or corridor. The master ensuite was of average size and the bedroom didn't have a seperate TV or access to the balcony, as it was only the length of the living area. What was annoying was that we both booked at the same time and paid the exact same amount - our friends were rightly annoyed at the large variance of space.

Double glazed windows ensured a quiet nights sleep and the airconditioning provided a comfortable environment.

The swimming pool was decent but the spa was pretty basic. Compared to other pool and spa facilities we could see at other buildings (from our apartment) they simply didn't compare!

Moo Moo restaraunt is on the street level of the building and we ate a superb meal and enjoyed the very easy walk home afterwood! Proximity to the heard of Broadbeach is fantastic and very convenient with plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within easy reach. The beach in only one block away with a great playground to keep kids of most ages occupied.

We would happily stay here again, but when booking will be sure to check the size and inclusions of the apartment to maximise our value and comfort.

Due to the design and layout of the building it is normal that some apartments will be slightly larger than others, however all 2 bedroom apartments will have the same basic facilties such as two bathrooms, spa bath, full kitchen and laundry facilities, pay television, in house movies, wireless internet, air conditioning and large balconies.

Should you be looking for a specific layout or outlook please mention at the time of reservation and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

We are glad that you enjoyed the other aspects or your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

We had a much needed 2 night stay at Broadbeach On the Park to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. This was the 3rd time we had stayed in a Broadbeach in 2012 but was by far the best experience. We found our 1 bedroom apartment both spacious, well equipped and thoroughly clean. The view over the park, including the noisy birds, was great. We dined at Moo Moos on our special night, which was a great experience and much appreciated.

The only problem in the room was a missing remote control battery which we didn't think important enough to report; we live with teenagers and are used to problems like that.

We normally go to Noosa for our break but this year thought we would go local and are extremely happy we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to using your establishment on a regular basis as well as trying other local Mantra properties.

Room Tip: Go for a room overlooking the park, but avoid the pool end-very noisy when children present

“Great Christmas Holiday”

We would just like to say that it was the best three days ever. The unit that we had was just perfect for our Family Christmas celebrations. Everything that we needed was there and the area was perfect for a well deserved break, if only short. It was close to the casino, shops, restaurants and beach. Thank you also to your staff on reception who were just delightful and helpful.

“Relaxing”

Our stay at Mantra in Broadbeach on the park was fantastic. We all had a
great Christmas there, the facilities were great, lady at reception was
very friendly and even the cleaner in the morning said hello. Very happy
with our stay and will be staying again in January and telling others

We have just returned from a 10 night stat at Mantra Broadbeach on the Park.
As soon as we checked in we knew we'd made the right choice. The view was perfect for us. We stayed on the 6th floor overlooking the park. Listening to the birds in the trees in the evenings was a lovely way to end the night. The nearby restaurants were all great, Valentinos in particular. Definately worth the money.
The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious, and have everything one would need to make their holiday complete. One tip, bring your own toilet paper, we only had 2 rolls provided for 10 nights :(
We hired a car for the duration of our stay, but we soon realised that it was unnecessary as it is so close to everything. Jupiters accross the road, pacific fair a short walk away, all restaurants in broadbeach within walking distance.
Thanks Mantra for such a magical holiday.
