We had a wonderful time at Peppers Broadbeach and were very impressed with all the facilities, the staff and the location.

My first contact with reservations was extremely helpful, friendly and ensured our requests we met regarding the safety of our 2 young children with access to the balcony door, and also offered assistance with what to do while there etc.

We stayed from 4 - 9th Feb in a 2 bedroom Ocean view room with our 2 and 4 year olds.

We loved our room, and having the guy help us to our carpark and with our luggage was fantastic. I also loved being able to order new pillows at 11pm (took me a while to read the pillow menu!!) They were straight up with new comfy soft pillows.

We have stayed at other 5 star places at the gold and sunshine coasts and I have to say Peppers Broadbeach was the best.

We were really close to the beach, Woolworths was right there, cafe's etc. Also really close to Pacific Fair and a short drive to the theame parks.

The pools were large and great for us and the kids, heaps of deck chairs and a lovely view to the beach. The gym was also clean and modern.

If I have to fault anything it is very minor - the reception to the TV in the lounge area was a bit dodgy with the ABC 4 kids (but stangely it was fine on the TV in our room) and the windows could have done with a clean - however there had just been terrible weather before we arrived so I could understand that it was just some sea spray probably from the bad weather. In saying that we didn't really mind.

So Peppers really was all about us - we had a wonderful time and have raved about Peppers to our friends and family and will definitely be back.

Just spent two nights at this fabulous hotel. The first thing i noticed was the friendliness and profesionalism of the staff. Our two bedroom apartment was beautiful with everything you could wish for. Housekeeping even noticed my daughter loved one of the soft blankets on her bed so she made the bed up with that. Even a menu list whereby you can order from several local restaurants and they will deliver straight to your door. Very welcome after a day at Wet n Wild and two hungry, tired children! We were on the 25th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. The facilities are second to none with two fabulous pools, zen garden and a BBQ all for use. It is also the quietest Hotel I have ever stayed at with no slamming doors and other peoples noise. Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Beautiful restaurants nearby and great shopping also.

These apartments are breathtaking but extremely functional. We are a family of 4 (2 being adult daughters) and recently spent 4 nights at Peppers. From the moment you enter the reception area, you know you are in for something special. The staff are attentive and most welcoming. The rooms are spacious, edgy but everything has been catered for. We had a big balcony with table and chairs, and a view to die for.We also utilized the bbq area. The location is wonderful...a 2 minute walk from the beach and extremely close to restaurants and supermarket ...I really can't praise this property highly enough. It is as good, if not better, than any properties we have stayed in in Asia. The Shaw family

We only stayed for 3 nights (too short) but had a fantastic time. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive, and the daily servicing of the apartment was excellent. The resort was ultra modern with great facilities (pool with bbq areas, gym, etc) and the rooms themselves were very spacious. The location is superb - right next to the beach, the most amazing kids playground, and Broadbeach Oasis. It is also very close to Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino. The small precinct underneath the resort is jammed packed full of restaurants/bistros and most importantly Max Brenner (Chocolate!). It was an excellent place to stay with kids - away from the noise of Surfers, but within cooee of enough nightlife to keep any party animal happy. We highly recommend Peppers Broadbeach, and will definately be back!!!
