Definitely a 3-star property---but there isnt much choice in this town/city. Rooms--OK, reception--OK, breakfast and restaurants in hotel--dismal. If youre in Lianyungang on business (and there is no other reason to go there), be sure to know if you need to stay in the old part of the town or in the newer port area....they are 20 minutes apart by taxi so it makes a difference. The hotel tries, but lack tight professional management. The swimming pool was a sort of seasick green colour and the "gym" a dismal corner with a couple of dusty old useless equipment......all up......just over the 3-star threshold.
