I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks now while working in Passignano. The hotel is a few miles from the town center, but if you have a car, the drive only takes a few minutes. There is ample free parking. I have a double room which includes a queenish sized bed along with a twin bed a desk and a large closet and some extra drawers for clothing. The bed is kind of hard, but I sleep ok, like I said, nothing fancy. The TV is a decent size and is a brand new Samsung flat screen. The room is very good sized and clean. My bathroom is large and the shower is large as well. The water pressure and temperature are excellent. You have to pay an extra 10 euros a night to have AC in the room.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. There is a small fitness room (treadmill, bikes, yoga mats, couple exercise machines) which is available at all hours just by asking the desk person for the key. The pizzeria that is part of the hotel has great service and great pizza (very large menu for pizza, appetizers & pasta). The breakfast served a the hotel is not extravagent or varied, but everything is sufficient. They give me a little pitcher of coffee w/ steamed milk every morning and ther are fruit filled croissants, a coffee roll, bread, hard boiled eggs, meat and cheese, and cereal to choose from along with a juice machine.

The pool area looks nice although I've been too busy working to visit the pool.

My only complaints are that there is no fridge in my room and internet connections are only available in the lobby.

I was in the area for a wedding and extended my stay and hence the hotel was close by and affordable. I found the staff to be very attentive, approachable and friendly. It was very quiet during my stay so often had the great swimming pool to myself. The only thing was my room, it would have been nice to have a view (but I had been spoiled having stayed locally in a stunning castle for three nights overlooking the lake). It was a little bit of a trek to get anywhere but at a fraction of the price of hotels in the close town, I couldn't complain. I was only charged €20 to get back to the airport organised by the hotel, whereas we had been charged €50 by a local company on our arrival.. so reasonable all round!

Nice hotel with partial views of Lake Trasimeno. Rooms are simple but clean and well appointed. Some noise from nearby main road but staff very helpful and friendly and many spoke good English.
