Hotel is 10 minutes by feet from the town passignano sul trasimeno. Passignano is truly suggestive historical town on Trasimeno lake, from Passignano you can see the two bigger islands in the Trasimeno. By car you can reach the city of Perugia in 25 minutes, I suggest to visit Perugia by using the Mini Metro. Hotel's staff is very kind and pleasant, we had a very good time, breakfast and room clening were good, there is a pool only for summer (outdoor), I confirm what seen in an other comment that the water heating in the shower is not very hot, waiting time with open water it becomes quite warm. In our room we had a terrace with view. Hotel suggested for everyone who wants a good relaxing time, cheap, and wants to visit Trasimeno's lake, Passignano and Perugia.

L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di passignano sul trasimeno, la località è suggestiva, il lago è splendido, di fronte a passignano si vedono le due isole del lago, a 25 minuti in macchina dall'hotel si può visitare la città di perugia. Lo staff dell'hotel è molto cordiale e accomodante, colazione buona, camera ok, non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è solo per l'estate (è all'aperto), ci siamo trovati molto bene. Confermo quanto notato da altri commenti che l'acqua della doccia non è caldissima.. dopo molto tempo aperta arriva ad una temperatura accettabile tiepido-calda, comunque ok. Camera pulita e (la nostra per caso) con un bel terrazzo con vista.

OK, the staff were friendly and the room was clean that's about it for the positives. The hotel is in a residential street where people have lots of dogs - take earplugs for the night time. It may be only ten minutes walk from the train station, but it's ten minutes in the wrong direction, away from town. The room smelled badly of damp. It had one broken chair and no air conditioning, but that didn't matter as on the two nights we stayed there was no hot water anyway so you could always have a cold shower if you got too hot. The toilet ceased to flush but a man came and showed us how to stand on the seat and wiggle something inside the cistern if it happened again. The breakfast was so poor that we went to a cafe second morning even although the breakfast was pre-paid. We stuck it for two days before we moved to the Hotel La Vela in the centre of town. Ten euros more a night but what a relief to be back in a real hotel again.
