The Antik Hotel... that says it all. It isn't high tech, it isn't slick but it is real.
It looks ok and it sleeps fantastic but it needs some maintenance in the near future or it won't last another 5 years. The staff is friendly but they started to show us the most horrible room at the top floor under the roof (hot) which was smelly and noisy. Strangely they could also offer for the same price an airy room at the back... strange way of trying to sell a room!
The breakfast is not overwhelming but it has bread, jam and Nescafe which is better than the boiled coffee they also have on offer.
Location is spot on in the road behind the city centre which is an authentic small town with beautiful mosques and a lovely shopping street with great architecture. A town easily to be mistaken for high rise Chinese buildings only but surprisingly charming in the old parts.
