We booked via a Web Site and secured confirmation with credit card. Then we have been charged via credit card / Website and by checking out. We tried to contact the hotel via E-mail, which have been completely ignored. It took us 5 months to get the money back via credit card. The bathrooms are very small in the rooms. The restaurant was not often opened.
