I spent the night here as a jump of point to visit Andorra. We checked in late but all was ready. The check in staff were friendly and helpful but wasn't sure how wifi worked and so couldn't provide the password. The rooms were large,very clean and warm. the checkout time was noon at the latest but let us keep our bags in the checked luggage area until 8 pm that night.

“Best reception staff in Spain ?”
Walked into the Hotel Nice about 8pm looking for a room and was immediately offered the chance to see and compare to rooms by the friendly and helpful receptionist. The first felt stuffy and airless, so we took a balcony room overlooking the main street. Slept very soundly. Beds and breakfasts more than decent quality for a 2-star hotel.
We need a pharmacy the next (Sunday) morning and, again, the reception staff could not have been more helpful in locating one which was open.
We ate dinner at “Restaurant Braseria Casa Nostra” just down the street. The menu was not in English but the staff were very helpful. They specialize in food grilled over an open grill. Ours was excellent.

Lamentamos su disgusto en nuestro hotel.
Hotel Nice es un hotel reformado en casi su totalidad, y el espacio de las habitaciones son aleatorios y al igual que las vistas desde la habitacion pueden variar de unas a otras, ya que dependen de varios factores, ya sean accesibilidad, disponibilidad de ocupacion o precio.
Nuestro desayuno es buffet, pero estamos abiertos a sus demandas para añadir lo que ustedes deseen, aunque quizas no se lo hicimos saber en su debido tiempo.
Gràcias por sus criticas que hacen que podamos mejorar nuestros servicios.
En cuanto a las sonrisas, tomamos nota y le esperamos proximamente con una sonrisa grande ! ;-)
