A group of 5 of us had 3 rooms here for the last week in September. I had absolutely no complaints & would definitely stay here again. Our rooms were spacious with fab views, the cleaner came in every day, towels, bedding & rooms were all clean. The taps are a little corroded, but you are frontline & salty sea air will do that to taps, there's no point changing them, it'll just keep happening!.

I think people expect too much from Ibiza hotels, they are after all catering for younger people who are likely to wreck furniture etc so they're not likely to be 5 star are they?!? We had hot water every day, no one was robbed (even though one of the rooms had the door left open every night by two of the lads who stayed there with us!).

One of our group had the single occupancy room which does need an overhall (the ceiling was flaky, but we just laughed at this, it's not the end of the world is it??)

There were always english speaking staff on reception, so either they've seriously cleaned up their act since the other reviews were placed, or people just expect too much. I'd happily recommend this place for a cheap break in Ibiza. I've been 7 times in all now staying somewhere different each time & the location was just about the best you're going to get, definitely not the worst place I've stayed, thumbs up from all of us.

The hot water rarely worked, and sometimes the water didn't even work! Basic things you expect from a hotel were missing, eg towels, toilet roll, clean floors, doors that lock... people tried to come in to our rooms after their nights out. The pool was disgusting, and had broken glass at the bottom. There was blood all up the stairs for a few days. Other guests said they had cockroaches, or their things stolen but this didn't happen to us. As an 18-30 holiday we only wanted a basic room but this was a joke.

After reading all the negative reviews below and on other review websites I was dreading arriving at our accomodation and was thinking what the hell have I booked....how wrong my thoughts were.

When we arrived I was plesantly surprised. We arrived early hours to be greated by a friendly Englishman - Alan. We got a safe and room keys and if we had any problems Alan said to let him know.

Our room was a studio on the first floor, clean and had running cold and hot water. Our air con didn't work but it wasn't a problem. On the second day we hadn't had clean towels so I asked at reception on our way out for more toilet rolls and clean towels, they were ready for us upon our return. Our maid came in to clean our room one day, I asked her in spanish for clean bedding, she oblidged without any problems.

The pool is small but sociable and we had a good laugh.

3 rooms on the third floor were broken into during our stay and phones were taken but your valuables are at risk in any hotel if you don't put them in a safe or keep them on you.

The location of this hotel is ideal, couple minutes walk to the west end, 5 min walk to the beach, 5min walk to Es Paradise and Eden.

I can't complain about the accomodation and thought after reading the negative reviews below it was only right to tell others that it isn't all bad!! Would stay here again :)

We flew out on the 6th august this year after reading the reviews i was so worried and was going to change hotel but everywhere was fully booked.we got there and our room was tiny and the air con didnt work, we told the man on reception and he said a worker would be there to fix the problem, the worker came out fixed air con straight away, it worked but only for a day ! so i went back to reception explained that there was water leaking from the air con and was letting out a horrible smell! he tried to tell me we try for another worker to fix it i refused as just wanted a new room. he changed us straight away.the new room was big, air con worked no problems! also i had 2 other friends fly out the day after us not one problem with ther room, our rooms were cleaned every other day! clean towels etc nothing wrong with it at all!! the rooms were normal ibiza style.. for 2 star nothing robbed!! you walk literally 2 mins and you are at the bottom of west end! perfect location also met loads of new friendly people in the hotel and had a great week!! the pool is small Single file round the pool but its manageable! if you have problems do not move from reception until they sort it and you will be fine. i honeslty would risk staying again if i go back
