I stayed here in july 2011 with a group of friends. It really was a perfect location as if you need a sleep away from the busy san antonio its quiet but not too far of a walk down to all the action. We had a beautiful room overlooking the bay and the pool area. The rooms were basic and spacious. The only bad thing was the food was not great there wasnt a great selection and we had to go off for dinner each night but it wasn't too bad as there is many pubs and resteraunts surrounding the area and some even play the soaps in the evening

First time in Ibiza with 4 mates in June/July 2011. The hotel is a fantastic base right on the lively beach and has a local supermarket and restaurants/cafes in the area.

It is quite a walk to the main strip and west end but we really enjoyed this evening routine and it was a highlight of the holiday as you can watch the sun set on the way to your evening meal before hitting the bars and clubs.

The on site restaurant wasn't very nice and the wait time was quite long.

Staff at the hotel were lovely, ESPECIALLY THERESA inc the maids and the night staff who never maoned with our 6am appearance's after nights out! All always helpful, save your key when you leave if you wish.

I'd definately go back to this hotel when i return, what an amazing place ibiza is!

Just back from a week staying at Marina Playa in what looked like the end of the season in San Antonio. The hotel is very central to both the bay and West End and the view from the sea view rooms are spectacular. The rooms are quite dated but a good size. They could do with having a few more things in them like a TV, iron, microwave and tin opener but you do get a small electric hob, toaster, kettle and air con. The lady who runs the hotel is very knowledgable and friendly when you chat to her. Rooms and towels changed every other day. The pool was too cold to use this week but the sunbed area was used and was there were plenty beds. They also have internet in reception which costs 1 € for 15 mins. San Antonio was pretty chilled and quiet this time of year but still had enough shops and restaraunts open. Casita near the trampoline bar is well recommended. All in all this is a fine hotel that with a few tweaks could be excellent.

have just had a lovely week staying at this hotel we booked a studio sea view which was large and airy and had a good size balcony with a lovely sea view the couple running the hotel are really nice and friendly and helpful and keep the hotel very clean lovely terrace with pool and the beach is right in front of you would return here again hired a car and always got a parking space outside the hotel for a great evening out try villa mercedes on friday or saturday when they have live music
