We have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is perfect for what we require. The hotel is located in West End but not were you are right in amongst the noise, its perfect walking distance away. There is a great supermarket to the left and up the next street which sells cheap food and beer. There is also a nice chinese at the bottom of the road that is cheap and edible :) It is a great hotel if your just wanting a place to sleep and change and recover from partying :) There is a pool on the first floor which we dont tend to use as we prefer to sunbathe at the beach which is only about 10minutes walk away, which will cost you 5 euros to hire a bed for the day. The apartment was clean and cleaning staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a fan above two beds which is a godsend on those tender days! This hotel is a bargain! We will most likely be returning to it again 2012 season! Definatly recommend to young people looking for cheap accomodation in the right location!!!

Pool was shut for 2 out of 6 days that we were there for reasons unknown.
Went for the end of season closing parties so that could possibly be something to do with it!
Brilliant location, literally a two minute walk from the west end and about ten minutes away from mambo!
The sheets did not get changed at all and I think we were given one fresh towel between the three of us on the 5th day. However for the money we paid we could not complain! Amazing holiday and confort plaza did the job of somewhere to rest our heads for a couple of hours. Was expecting the worst after reading alot of negative reviews but it was a really good atmosphere in the hotel and everyone would say hi to everyone. Would stay here again :-)

The hotel is literally 2 minutes from KFC on the strip its about 10-15 mins to the main bit of the beach (ibiza rocks) where you have to pay for sunbeds and also Eden and Es Paradis. There is a supermarket next door (right) for pretty much everything you could need and a booze shop just on the corner to the left. There is a lovely restaurant right out of the hotel called Davids, it does get busy also if you go right at KFC the corner restaurant Koppas? is very nice. The rooms weren't brilliant but good size and adequate for sleeping, showering etc. Couldn't turn our air con off so got cold in the night. Didn't really see the maids do much but our room was quite a tip, always had toilet roll and towels. Pool is very small but nice and only about 10 sunbeds but never saw it very busy. Reception was always friendly and there is one internet computer. Only used the bar for one drink but always had people in and did breakfast etc. Never had any problems with noise, breakins etc except our first morning there was a mad firework explosion on the square opposite the hotel. Overall I'd definitely recommend it for young people for the value and location!!

Confort Plaza has roughly 40 rooms, over 3 levels and has a small sized swimming pool. It is located a 4 minute stroll to the main strip and a 5 minute stroll to sunset strip (Mambos etc). Throughout the summer season it will be packed full with young guns looking for cheap and cheerful accommodation. Lively, stag do's, hen partys and groups of girls and lads out for some holiday fun! Do not come to this apartment block if you require peace and quiet!

PROBLEMS: break In's. I was there for 3 weeks and there were 6 break in's. The bottom line is lock your balcony and your door and hope for the best. these people thought leaving there balcony door open would be ok!

STAFF: There was always one lady on the desk, i never saw more than one member of staff, other than cleaning staff. They were all helpful.

ROOMS: for the price I paid €120 for 3 weeks (i booked very early and shared with 3) I was happy. Everything worked. Self catering rooms etc etc, I didnt have high hopes, but the room was acceptable. Afterall in ibiza you'll sleep, party and shower in your room. Not much else! NO air con thou! There are plenty of space in the rooms, tables, some have tvs, and cutlery etc

SHOWERS: The shower temperature is dependent on solar panels heating the water up! No sun, no hot water! I know this because I complained about it.

SWIMMING POOL: small and adequate for some social fun, the only problem with the swimming pool area is that its in the middle of the apartment block surrounded by other apartments. So at about 5/6pm there's not alot of space to catch the rays.

LOCATION: absolutely perfect. sort walks to the main strip and sunset strip. its a 15 minute walk to the beach (ibiza rocks cafe beach) but its a nice walk!

OVERALL if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful ibiza option I would recommend coming to this hotel. It is not the ritz but appropriately priced and has adequate facilities for guests with low expectations!

My VERY GOOD rating is soley based on the price! If it was expensive i'd of hit the roof!
