Brilliant hotel, lovely pool, would recommend to everyone, stayed here twice and would stay again, excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and the strip. Value for money, food is good.
Will definitely be returning!

This hotel has to be the worst I have ever stayed at!!! The staff are so rude and very aggressive when they decide they don't like you. We stayed here at the height of the season but the hotel not only evicted us but another two parties all in the same day due to noise.

They claimed this was due to noise, however we didn't even have music in our room!!! If you choose to stay here, please be very careful of upsetting staff as they will take extreme measures for something you may have not even done!

The hotel is based on half bored, its right by the "egg" in San Antonio but quiet enough to get a great night sleep. Its very cheap with air con tv immaculately clean rooms and very very comfertable. the only thing is the food not 10 out of 10 but its ok. All in all this is the best value for money hotel in San An with a great location

July 2011, I spent a week here with my best friend.

When we got there (about 4:30am), we were told that we were not on the booking list.

As you can imagine, the thought 'perfect, this is going to be a holiday from hell...' starts to play.

Less than 5 minutes passed of this thought as one quick phone call was made, and we were given a room to go to that had 3 double beds - we'd only booked a room with 2 singles!!!

We also got a gorgeous pool view from the balcony!

From there, we went back to reception in the morning as instructed to, so we could get our correctly assigned room - to this answer - "You don't worry, just for the trouble, you stay where you are." - RESULT!

A beautiful breakfast service, and they don't mind when you've got a hangover!

Staff are never any trouble, always polite, and they do make every effort to make your hangover bearable.

The Burrito's from the bar next to the pool are amazing!

The slush puppies are awesome on a hot day.

Eden and Es Paradis are two minutes around the corner - but it's not even slightly noisy!

West End is a stone's throw away, as is the beach and port, and the taxi's are extremely reasonably priced for 4 people to travel if you fancy a night out in Privilege or Amnesia!

Best week of my life was spent living in this building, and hopefully, many more holidays to come!
