What can I say I've been here 2 years running with my family which consists of a 6 year old and a 10 year old.the hotel Is fantastic a good selection of food and drink.and as for all this nonsense o it is bot fully all inclusive it is if you book fully all inclusive.double check when booking your stay.staff friendly and polite entertainment staff also great and as for all this silly there were lilo races and games in the pool and jet skis on the beach HELLO your in Ibiza it is noisy lively and hectic.can't fault anything well worth the money you pay. I suggest the moaners go to menorca or even better stay at home happy holidays peeps : )

“Ibiza trip”

Good hotel, lovely staff, and very good selection of food.
Downside is the poky entertainment room. Could not understand this because the Hotel has large open spaces and lots of white leather couches yet the evening entertainment was in a fairly small room with poor seating.

“There are better places for the same price, but it's not bad.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

Stayed here in September 2011 - great holiday. The hotel was good, but a few thugs were not to expectation.
All inclusive is not all inclusive. We went with first choice, we were only allowed a choice of three anemic looking snacks from the pool bar. Breakfast, dinner and tea time were set so if you missed it u could go a bit hungry. Only allowed two drinks per person( ok not to bad ) but we had to sign for every single drink. Blag!

This aside the hotel is ok - bearing in mind it is a family multi national hotel.

The best advise I would give to anyone looking for the night life is stay closer. The boat cost us a fortune (£10 a day for two of us) which is £100 that could have been spent elsewhere - and if you don't know , Ibiza is expensive!

That's my review.

“Best "All inclusive" i have ever been too!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 October 2011

I have to say Hotel Milord was the best all inclusive i have stayed in for the price i paid. In fact eit was so good i couldnt fault a single thing. I went with my wife to do a bit of clubbing and also relax for the 2nd week and it was brilliant. All inclusives have usually got a bad rep from past experience wth poor quality food, but this place had so much food on offer each night you actually looked forward to dinner. i think we had a different selection for the full 2 weeks we stayed there.

Hotel had 2 good pools, loads of sun beds, right next to the beach, 30 min walk to the bay, excellent entertainment, rooms cleaned daily, need i go on! I dont understand how people are complaining about anything, i was a bit dubious with some of the reviews what to expect, but these were utterly unfounded, people complaining that they have to sign for their drinks in the all inclusive, wow ruined my holiday that lol, and people moaning about the beach, true the sand has gone directly in front of the beach, but walk 20 metres to your right and there is a HUGE beach next to it, so again a completly stupid argument! No idea what people are on about the entertainment, some of it was cheesey, but they got your all involved and laughing, i enjoyed it having a drink before going out.

I am 31 and me the wife had a brilliant time, i would highly recommend this place. I would rate it a 3 star hotel but its definetly punching above it weight for 3 stars, the service is brilliant well done hotel Milord, :) i think i will defiently choose another hotel in the fiesta chain.

If anyone is looking for a good review, you wont be disapointed. Ignore all those grumpy old people moaning, its a great hotel.

“3 Stars, fighting above it's weight”

Good location, picturesque small beach, excellent view over the bay to San Antonio, close proximity to jetty where you can catch the water taxi. Communal areas spacious, well laid out, 2 buildings, 2 adjacent pools. In the main areas of contact with guests [Reception, restaurant, bars, pool area] I found the staff to be professional, friendly, efficient, helpful. The choice and range of food in the restaurant is impressive as is the speed and frequency with which dishes are replenished, tables are cleared and made available as guests come and go. The hotel is very clean in all areas and individual rooms are cleaned each day with towels and bedding changed daily.
Rooms tend to be basic with no fridge, no kettle and don't expect a power shower, although the water was constantly and consistently hot. Narrow single beds that to me were quite uncomfortable. There was also an absence of soundproofing, with ordinary conversations, TV noise, toilet flushing all seeming to be invasive from surrending rooms and balconies. I suspect that in the high season revellers and clubbers might make for a very noisy hotel.
Overall, the hotel is very popular with guests from all over Europe mainly Germany and the UK. In my opinion it is a 3 star hotel which works very hard to achieve and maintain standards and services. A little investment in upgrading the bed room furniture would make it a more comfortable hotel. If you are considering staying at the Fiesta Milord, then give it a go.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms high up would be my recommendation. Some rooms look onto carparks etc and should be a...
