“3 Stars, fighting above it's weight”

Good location, picturesque small beach, excellent view over the bay to San Antonio, close proximity to jetty where you can catch the water taxi. Communal areas spacious, well laid out, 2 buildings, 2 adjacent pools. In the main areas of contact with guests [Reception, restaurant, bars, pool area] I found the staff to be professional, friendly, efficient, helpful. The choice and range of food in the restaurant is impressive as is the speed and frequency with which dishes are replenished, tables are cleared and made available as guests come and go. The hotel is very clean in all areas and individual rooms are cleaned each day with towels and bedding changed daily.
Rooms tend to be basic with no fridge, no kettle and don't expect a power shower, although the water was constantly and consistently hot. Narrow single beds that to me were quite uncomfortable. There was also an absence of soundproofing, with ordinary conversations, TV noise, toilet flushing all seeming to be invasive from surrending rooms and balconies. I suspect that in the high season revellers and clubbers might make for a very noisy hotel.
Overall, the hotel is very popular with guests from all over Europe mainly Germany and the UK. In my opinion it is a 3 star hotel which works very hard to achieve and maintain standards and services. A little investment in upgrading the bed room furniture would make it a more comfortable hotel. If you are considering staying at the Fiesta Milord, then give it a go.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms high up would be my recommendation. Some rooms look onto carparks etc and should be a...

“Fantastic”

Just returned from 10days staying at the Milord, This is a fantastic Hotel, and I woud have no doubts recomending this hotel to anyone. The staff are great and go that extra for you, ie Coffee maching broke in main hoitel bar and the waistress went and opened the pool bar to bring us our coffee, how goods is that? They even opened the restaurent early for us on our departure day, were I was expecting croissant etc but no we had a full english. The rooms are bright and spacious, everywere spotlessly clean, the staff seem to do there jobs efficiently and quitely without any fuss, most times you don`t now they there. We werre all inclusive and I was amased at the choice offered on the drinks and no skimping. The food was exceptional and the quality was 1st rate, I defie anyone to say they couldn`t find anything to eat, I am a fussy eater but I never went hungry and didn`t have to rely on CHIPS. I have only one gripe and that is the safety deposit box it was expensive it costs jus 39€ for the ten days, I have paid this amount in the past at various resorts but I have always received 10€ back, but not here so my one and only gripe is this. So Milord sort this out and I would give you 100% . Thanks for a great stay and woulod def try Fiesta hotels again and would go back to the Milord.

Room Tip: Ask about the mattresses as they varied, but the searoom was fab for the view.

Great 3star hotel, good location on the beach. short water taxi to the action if you want it. Stayed Sept 2011 just the two of us. Staff and fellow guests very friendly. No problems with sun beds. AI drinks were ok better than we have had previously. our allocated room looked out onto the roof of the lounge area in milord ii, a quick phone call and we had a room three floors higher with a brilliant view over the pool, beach and bay. Bar staff were ok, tired at the end of a long season but civil enough. A few bars a short walk away if you fancied a change and who dosnt. water taxi 2.5 euros into San Antonio and from there you can get a service bus to anywhere on the island. ibiza town 25mins and 3.5 euros return with a bus every 15 mins. Our first time in Ibiza but wont be our last.

Room Tip: Top floor in Milord II gives stunning views, but email them and ask for what you want, that was a ti...

“Milord more like Mylord”

Once agai another hotel overated i went 2 weeks with my family wife 2 kids and motherinlaw first impressions ok until we walked down to beach on our first day my word to say theirs not enough room to swing a cat would be an understatement and we like the beach because we have a boy at 6 who likes to run around so pool is a no go area for us oh and if you want to sit around pool be prepared for getting down to pool around 7.45 to stake you claim its pathetic the way people lay towels on sunbeds at this time to return when they have filled their bellys with food and had a fag and beer so dont rely on sunbeds unless you wake at 7.30am and wait while the ground staff put out loungers GEES.
Youll find people from other hotels sitting around your pool i told staff they wernt interested i even told tho+_on rep it was like weeing in the wind.
Secuirity around pool non exsitent loads of lucky lucky men on hotel steps waiting to ponce on you the food was ok no kids buffet? entertaintment was poor.
Rooms were not a 4star and if they are a spanish 3star then im done with spain this is the worst fiesta hotel ive been to i wouldnt recomend it or return and on our last week we had a Jetski bou extreme from England with over 50 jetskis taking over our beach making racket and upsetting the tourists you cant tell me Th+_son dont know about this festival i must say well done Tho_+on for making a mess of my £3k holiday cheers and feel free not posting this it will go on trip advisor and the rest of the internet you made my holiday the holiday from hell!!!!!!!!!

“Great hotel and on the beach location”

We have stayed in the Milord three times, the last time was September 2010 always as a family. It's had a renovation which has transformed the reception area and has started to cater for all inclusive. Previously we had always been happy with the half board option, however tried AI in September. AI offers a great range of food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner time with plenty of choice. Always happy with the food on offer we cannot fault that, however AI does not include ice-creams. This was a big dissapointment considering we'd paid for AI we had to buy these and children's drinks for my 3 yr old son. Slush puppy equivalents were available and Spanish equivalent liquors but nothing as strong as the branded versions. Beer was also watered down and always the cheap option for AI, my husband, brother in law and 17 yr old step son had to drink at another bar to get a proper drink.

The rooms are always clean, bathrooms tiled and towels and beds changed daily, no English tv channels though. Good pool view with the sea view from every side of the hotel as the Milord is situated on the curve of the bay opposite San Antonio where you can see all of the night life and beach crowds at cafe del mar.

The beach is a stone throw from the hotel itself, from the outdoor bar you can see the sand. The outdoor bar food is very poor quality, so try not to miss the lunch serving in the restaurant as it's far superior. Two large pools with activities throughout the day by the local reps and evening entertainment varies. Previous years we have watched a parrot show and a take that tribute band, however on this occasion the entertainment was delivered by the reps in the main. The 8pm show for the kids always kept my 3 yr old happy and he was straight up there on the stage with the other children dancing away. The bar closes at 11am so noise is minimal after this time if you want to have an early night.

Up the road from the hotel is a great family bar with a childrens play area - ball pool, trampolines, bouncy slide and bouncy castle etc. The beer is good quality and cheap 2 for 1 in a chilled glass. This was our after dinner local which kept us all entertained. Watching the sunset at Cafe del mar is a must but you have to have an early dinner if you want to be there and enjoy, as 8pm in September is cutting it fine. Boat trips to San An across the bay are 3 euro per person.

We really enjoy our holidays to Ibiza and would definately go back but probably as half board next time if it was an option as we ended up paying for extras anyway.
