Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in September and it was fantastic, food was really nice so much to choose from, great location as it was not right in the heart of the bay but close enough to walk, the hotel was extremley clean and looked after and I have no complaints, I would definatly stay here again if I go to Ibiza

Having been to ibiza the past four years this is by far the best hotel Ive stayed in. Me and my mate both in our early 20s wanted to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of san Antonio and this hotel was an ideal location about ten 15 mins walk from egg/westend. Room was clean very modern and the shower was great. Had clean towels and beds made daily. Only down side was the fridge didnt work and theres nothing worse wakening up with a hangover drinking warm water!. Staff were helpful enough and didnt seem to mind our loud music before going out at night. Pool area was very clean always busy though due to workers using pool during the day so get a sunbed early. Good atmosphere at pool with some chilled out songs playing early afternoon and more upbeat tunes later to get you in the mood. We were self catering and ate from the hotel a few times which was good. Would defo stay here again!!!!

Stayed here in 2010 had an excellent time, stayed here exact same time in 2011....could not say the same.
Hotel was clean. we were bed and breakfast avoided the food as looked diagusting..... my boyfriend and friends ate there once and their faces said it all. woukd not eat there again.
Rooms beginning to look a bit shabby with some dirty marks on the walls. Friends room did not even have a mirror! air condition did not work properly in our room and our fridge was warm.
we were pick pocketed in hotel reception and had €900 stolen from us. this incident happened 5 minutes after check in. staff did not help at all and did not seem to bother in helping us sort out the incident they did not ask how we were getting on after the incident.
luckily we got our money back from our holiday insurance. i would have reccomended this hotel in 2010, could not have faulted it. although in comparison to this my experience of.the puchet in 2011 was not the best.
trying to upgrade this hotel and make it better first choice twentys hotel. if anything its had the opposite effect.

Good Points = Comfy bed, clean room, nice funishings (there practically brand new), really nice bathroom, fantastic shower, good location, nice size pool, wide choice for the breakfast

Bad points =

(1)Anyone whos anyone can walk of the streets and use the swimming pool with the hotel staff saying nothing to them (because they know them) - which obviously means sunbeds are all taken up and the pool area is totally overcrowded with people lying on the floor
(2) room was absolutly tiny - never had such a small room before - some people on here have said they had a spacious room, so they must have got lucky because we had to be carefull, edging round the bed to get to the other side of the room!!!
(3) We were on the ground floor so were not allowed balcony furniture??? Seams unfair to me - whats the point in having a balcony if youve got nothing to relax on? May aswell not have a balcony

Overall it was ok - was glad to leave and wouldnt go back. I will say though - by the looks of some of the other hotels nearby - we had the best one . . .
