If you visited this resort in the off season say November to March, you would be excused in thinking someone up there does not like you, most of the bars & restaurants nearby are closed & the other hotels are full of pensioners from around Spain on state funded holidays.
The accommodation is fair although rather dated, the amenities are adequate but you cannot fault the location. The nearest sandy beach is a 5-10 minute stroll but to get to San Antonio I would recommend the bus or taxi service other wise a nice but tiring walk would take you about 90 minutes.
In the summer season the area seems to perk up & is a world of difference from the off season nothingness. The bar & restaurant is sufficient but once the nearby shops, bars & restaurants are up & running the choice is far much better. The restaurant is sometimes used by the timeshare reps so is hardly sanctuary. The outside areas seem to be well maintained & there is regular entertainment in the complex.
