Let's start with the good thing - location - really excellent close to sea and very quiet also the SPA is quiet oK.
Now to the negative part.

They charged us 166 EUR!!! per night for a hotel room which is more like a youth hostel or max 2 star hotel. All the rooms are very old fashioned and needs urgently a renovation also the De-Luxe ones.
The friendlyness of the personell is typical Estonian so don't expect some special treatment.

When we entered our room the bathroom was cold (and stayed cold), only 2 old small towels, old small TV, no bath robe (for a SPA hotel), no mini bar, no drink water. It was also not possible to buy a small snack during lunch time or after the SPA.
In the early evening the hotel have had a electricity breakdown. No lights at all. Ok could happen - but nobody take care on us. The room was dark, the corridor was dark. Even at the receiption they were not able to help us with candels.
Next day:
The breakfast was not acceptable – dirty chairs, dirty knifes and forks, no orange juice …….. without having a breakfast we decided
to leave immediately because our goal was it to have some relaxing days.

The best at the end they charged me for the full 3 days and I'm waiting since 6 month for charging back the amount.
This was really by far the worst experience in my last years with hotels and I’m really traveling a lot.

I have been there many times and I have always enjoyed the hospitality. The service is excellent and very professional. The restaurant is one of the best and they really concentrate on the health side of food which I really appreciate. The rooms are also very comfortable and fitted with every amenity necessary to relax yourself. On top of all this you get so many different ways to treat yourself in the spa, and they are constantly changing and adding new and interesting treatments,
And now for me personally which is important is the location, Right by the sea, Lets put it this way, its something you have to see with your own eye :) Comes highly recomended by me.

I'm afraid I can't agree with anything that was said in the other reviews. The hotel was like a conference center with small, souless rooms. The buffet consisted of the same food for lunch and dinner 2 days running, and the food consisted of anaemic goulash and bought-in swiss roll. It was neither tasy nor healthy, and the a la carte resaurant was only open at the weekend. If you have the buffet you have to have supper between 5pm and 7pm.

The spa resembled a local leisure centre, and I was massaged in a half-hearted way by a very grumpy woman. If you are a guest in the hotel you can only use the spa facilities between 7am and 12pm.

To top things off, the hotel booked us a taxi to get back to Tallinn that cost twice what we had paid when we went out to the resort. The staff were generally unfriendly and overall it was a very disappointing experience.

Decided to went wth a group of friends to Tallin as we heard it was beautiful and I must say that comments were right.

We just loved the country, the people, the food, monuments, everything.

We decided to stay at the Laulasmaa (I think the name writes like that) as we didnt just want to stay in a normal buiding Hotel and we preferred, as it was summer, to stay in a Resort. Best choice we made in the whole trip was choosing this wonderful Hotel. I agree with the other comments abot the location, it is superb!!!

We tried the "Sauna Room" too and it was very romantic!!

The Spa is a place you MUST visit andthe rooms are very very comfortable.
