The Mountview is in a lovely location, with views over 3 mountain ranges, in a quiet spot not far off the A9 so quite easy to get to. The food was excellent and breakfast kept me going all day. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. I was upgraded to a double room, because it happened to be available. With open fires and comfortable sitting rooms, it was the sort of place I'd happily get snowed into!

This lovely little hotel specialises in birdwatching tours but we were there independently and loved it. Large, comfy room with a spectacular view. Don't miss out on the restaurant which is a real find. High quality bistro-style food in the depths of the Highlands.
Can't believe nobody has reviewed them before this!
