“Very bad, sad service”

On arrival the checkin girl was asleep at the desk at 5pm.

Once awoken she and her boss were very unwelcoming and seemed as though they did not want us there.

After to go out for dinner we returned to the hotel to find that the heating is not working.

I would not stay here again even if you paid me
