This hotel is located outside of the main area of Venice, but it is just a short bus ride away, as is the airport. The rooms are quite large and clean, with basic furnishings. The price is much lower than you will find on Venice island. The breakfast was not too bad and the service was adequate, but not what I would call friendly. This was an ideal place for us to stay between getting off a flight one night and heading off on a cruise the next day. If you want a quaint venitian style room, you won't find it here but if you want a comfortable, clean room with modern furnishings then it is certainly worth a look.

My sister and i stayed here for 1 night. The service was great, food was good, and they had comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very near the bus station going to venice and airport.

We recently stayed here whilst visiting Venice and loved the hotel. The service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The reception offered a great knowledge of the area. The location is easily accessible for Venice and the airport. We caught a bus just outside the hotel which went straight into Venice in only 15-20 mins, for only €1.20. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. If we go back to Venice we would love to stay here again.

The hotel is geared to the traveler needing a cheap one-night before a flight at the nearby airport. It's inexpensiveness is good; so is the fact that it was clean. Also, the location, halfway between Venice and the airport, is ideal for certain travelers. There is a local bus across the street that gets you to Venice in 12 minutes, and runs every 15 minutes all day until midnight. That said, the room was cramped, the bathroom was infinitesimal, with the tiniest shower stall I've ever seen, and the (free) breakfast was industrial and forgettable. So, you do get what you pay for.
