We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and I really cannot recommend it enough. You are situated within the walls of this gorgeous town, which in itself is a treasure. It isn't 5 star luxury but the rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable, the service is fantastic and the view across the valley is breath-taking. We love the breakfast, in particular the apricot croissant style pastry! My father is in a wheelchair and the staff go above and beyond to help out and accommodate him. The room my parents have is still in keeping with the style of the hotel and although adapted, still retains the charm of the other rooms.
So to sum up, if you are lucky enough to be visiting this part of the world, then you really should stay here.
