Considering this resort is used by RCI, the accommodation was very much below standard. Having stayed here for a week, we were more than ready to come home. For a self catering apartment, there was little equipment or luxury. No oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle settee or comfy chairs. The sink area and work tops were all wood, which was stained and starting to rot from being wet as this was used for a draining board as well. Very little storage space for you own food. When you arrive you have to pay for the cleaning service, use of car park and swimming towels, which is about £40 for the week, there is also a daily tourist tax to pay. With regard to the cleaning, the sheets and swimming towels were not changed all week. One day the cleaners did not turn up at all. We had to use the same T Towel all week. There was little entertainment in the evenings other than if you chose to go to the buffet where electric piano music was played. With regard to the buffet, don't eat late as we did, because they will be clearing away around you, and no fresh food will be bought out. The pool area could do with a clean up as grass is growing in between the paving stones, and there are not enough mattresses for the sun beds. The tennis facilitys were excellent, 4 clay and 4 indoor courts, however can get pricey if you want to play everyday, as it costs about £6 for an hour. The riding stables were the cleanest I have ever seen, with excellent equipment and a brand new sand school. The reception staff speak good English, but mostly it is Hungarian or German visitors, so you can feel a little isolated if you yearn for some English company!
