... therefore why would they charge those prices? That said, I spent a few days with the family there because of a lower price deal I had fount for half board. The rooms are spacious, the area is quite large, the food plenty but average and they charge everything extra - even the soft drinks at the table, come on! As a Greek I didn't mind a few days relaxing but why would a visitor from abroad whom paid to fly to Greece would want to go there on vacation? There are more intersting places than Loutraki frequented by retirees. We had a good rest there but it wasn't so exeptional to return again soon. What tipped the scales in its favor was that they accept pets, at least small dogs and we were able to bring along our little French Bulldog. We were given one bangalow at the edge of the resort so no one even noticed that we had a pet along.

Nice territory but terrible rooms and terrible stuff. This hotel is not 5 stars, really its 3 maximum. I'm not recomend it to any one and never go there again.

The resort has a great location as in space, water, sun... If you like spending time in the city or going out in the village of Loutraki you'll have to rent a car.

During the week, it seemed like we had all the space to ourselves. A nice swimming pool and two small beaches. In the weekend this is a hotel where Greek families spend their time, which would mean it's appreciated by the 'locals'. Add Russian youngsters and their arrogant parents and it's a strange cocktail.

Speaking of cocktails, they are really overpriced, as in all the drinks in the hotel! Try to go to Loutraki, where you'll find great bars. The nightclub or lounge on the hill is nice, but the pricy drinks keep me away from spending much. And they didn't have ouzo! Hello, am I in Greece?

The food was OK but not great. Overcooked fish and English style dishes to try to please foreigners. When I'm in Greece, I like to have fresh local food. Fortunately, you will find plenty of that in the town of Loutraki.

I would give the hotel four stars because of the facilities (****), but the food only three (***). The overall experience wasn't bad.

Would I go there again? Maybe because I like swimming in the sea, but I would not stay there halfboard but just bed and breakfast. The fact that I need a car to go out to Loutraki (and thus not drink) might just keep me away ;-)

Definitely pay a visit to the Blue Lake and Corinth Canal when visiting Loutraki.

We booked the hotel individually with another family.
The room is not as luxurious as presented in the site. It is clean but dated. The amazing thing is that the mini bar as they explained us is not working as a refrigerator... so we had to call a technician to fix it and aftrewards they took the key ( without informing us) and the took out the fresh milk and water and left it in the heat for 5 hours...
The food and service and the pool bar was terrible. The food was neither tasty nor fresh but it was expensive! Nobody comes to take an order when you are at the pool so you have to go to the bar and wait. The buffet for dinner was Ok in terms of variety and just acceptable in terms of quality ..definetly not for a 5* hotel.
The personnel at the reservations was very rude not accepting any kind of critisism and overall people were trying to serve but it was obvious that they were not at all trained!
This is definetly not a 5* hotel..maybe 3* and that because of excellent location
