I lived in Babenhausen for three years in the early 1960's and loved the city. In 2003 I decided to return and wanted to visit Babenhausen. I was searching for a place to stay and came across Keglerklause. I decided that would be my last nights stay before departing back home. Was I suprized, great food and the owners made me feal right at home. The next morning I had to leave real early and the family made me a breakfest fit for a king. I have been back 3 more times with family and others and have enjoyed it very much. Allow yourself at least 2 - 3 day to check out the beautiful city.

Near Frankfurt, in a small town called Babenhausen, you can find the "Keglerklause", a wonderfull hotel with a famous restaurant to enjoy the peace after and before you work.Near the hotel you can catch the train to go to the "Hauftbahnhoft", the central train station, or make combinations to almost any place in Frankfurt.But back with the hotel, you can enjoy beautifull bedrooms, with t.v., a complete bathroom, a breakfast made with expert hands and when is time to dinner, you can really apreciate the love and care in the great menu.Please, don´t forget to ask for the "House wine", a rich and flavorous wine from Balcans, a perfect combination of wood, fruit and softness that makes your senses fly with pleasure.After work, you can relax with the silence and the precious views around the hotel.(priceless)I don´t even bother to look another hotel when I travel to Frankfurt next time.Keglerklause, I´m coming back!!
