Stayed here for one night while touring the region. Booked room based on other reviews. We were greeted like family upon arrival. We could not have asked for more friendly or accommodating service. Room was good as expected. Breakfast was also very good. Parking was readily available and free. Wireless Internet was available in lobby for free. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Don't hesitate - Book this hotel!

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Foehrenhof, and couldn't have asked for more. In terms of price, welcome, service and overall quality, the hotel is outstanding. The owners are extremely professional, friendly and helpful: printing us snow reports each morning, recommending the best pistes, travel routes and restaurants. The room is gorgeously warm, clean and modern. The food is divine, and the free afternoon coffee and cake is just what is needed after a long day out and about. Despite the low cost, the Hotel Foehrenhof is complete luxury; we can't wait to get back!

Stayed in the Foehrenhof for one night on business. The hotel is a classic Alpine lodge in the middle of the Alps along the north side of the Austrian border. Great location for skiing, mountain hiking, etc.
The room and the bathroom were clean and modern, the dining room was good with afternoon cake and coffee (free) and morning breakfast. Evening meal is not served in the hotel. There are restaurants offering Italian and German food only a few minutes walk from the hotel so finding dinner is not a problem.
Wireless internet was included and the signal was adequate to be used from an upstairs room.

Family run hotel with character and charm. The location is very convenient for those who want to explore the area with many possible activities in the mountains sorrounding the beautiful and well-kept village of Fahrchant or Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This boutique hotel is nicely decorated with sculptures, furniture and flowers. The beautiful garden is presided with a pretty fountain. The room was simple but elegantly decorated and clean. Nice views from the balcony.
The staff / members of the family seem to enjoy assisting the guests during the big and varied breakfast.
