This Chateau has been restored from a poor state and work was completed in 2002. As a consequence you'll find new decor and wonderful bathrooms in which everything works. The rooms are a mixed bag and we moved form a large room which lacked charm to a smaller one which felt more comfortable. Note that this Chateau is not cold since modern double glazing and new central heating is everywhere. The dining rooms are charming and the food very good indeed. We were part of a large group but still experienced some fine dining. The wine list is extensive (nothing cheap on it but then nothing is cheap in "Euroland") and the larger dining room features a glass floor giving an unusual view into the wine cellar. Many local non residents come to eat here; enough said.
