Only stayed for one night, so hard to give a full review, but staff were helpful, facilities were a bit dated, but not too bad.
Breakfast was good and covered most requirements.
Room was large by Italian standards, clean, but basic.
Bathroom as clean too, with a shower but no bath.
Internet was free!
Can imagine why you’d stay in this town if it wasn’t for business, and most of the hotel guests are staying for just that.

Got a late check-out to 14:00 for no extra charge.

No restaurant, but a good beer and pizza place 100 meters up the road. Although if you were there for longer than a few days you might want an alternative.

Would use it again if in the area on business, but not would recommend it for a romantic weekend.

For what you pay, for what you get, good value. I've certainly paid more for a lot less.

The area that hotel is in is great. Especially restaurant "Nirvana" which is open till 02:00. There is a huge outlet for shopping, markets with reasonable prices can be visited by foot. It is a little bit hard to go to vienna from the hotel. Crew were helpful, rooms were huge, bathroom was fine.

I have booked the Castelli hotel for a short stay in Vicenza trusting in the category rate.
The rooms and bath were clean and had the minimum features to be comfortable notwtihstanding the area of the room was very very small.
The staff had not a professional behavior sometimes with some rudness. When I said that I had no toilet paper they gave it to me at the reception desk to carry miself to the room...
The opening hours of the bar for a mere coofee were absolutely arbitrary. The restaurant was conveniently closed for some days without explanation. There were no restaurants in the area. Breakfast was bad and not properly served. The bread for instance was not fresh: they said they run out of fresh bread...
After the first night I was forced to change to another hotel. So did other guests of the same group.
